Do you have any suggestions for a name for this idea?

Here are two we have so far:

Watu = "people" in Swahili
Sema = "speak" in Swahili
YouTheGuru
Gamba-net = gamba means "speak" in Lugandan

Do you like any of these?
Any others?

Clint,

There is a deep and endless well of wisdom that you are drinking from, and what I love about you is your willingness and openness to find that wisdom in the people all around you.

Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

Clint,
This is such a great idea, I want to be part of it. Being raised poor I understand the need for help, now being able to retire at 25. I know the way to get there and I'd like to share it with people so we can raise a stronger generation with lots of leaders,that will break down barriers that are stoping them. You know I don't sit back and wait for something to be done. I like to be part of the leadership. Let's do it. Let me know how I can help.

I absolutely love Esther's video. The story (and her happy delivery) made me smile and is a good message for me. Tell her thanks for sharing it! =o) This is very exciting stuff. It will be fun to see its progression. One of my favorite parts is how you list everything so orderly about what you plan on happening...and follow it with "I don't know what will happen after that." That made me smile, too. No doubt it will lead to wonderful things for many people and open doors perhaps never expected. Life is an adventure--the way you live your life reminds me to enjoy every bit of mine. =oD

Dear Clint, This is amazing! It is truly the way to move towards world peace. My family and I were just in Uganda this last January visiting with my daughter, Trisha that works for Camara. She had this posted on her facebook and I'm so glad to have taken the time to read what you have written and what you plan to do.
I'm sending tons of blessings and love your way and to all you start the conversations with! My heart is moved.

I think that this is going to be an interesting journey. It is common to think of our own problems first and forget that others too do have some.

Confronting a poor person with problems from someone in a developed world seems unnerving at first. But hopefully, it will help drive the point home, that indeed we all do have problems wherever we might be and asking them for solutions should be an interesting exercise.

Hopefully, they will find it easier to articulate their own aspirations after listening to and addressing those of others. Good luck with all of this, if there is someway I can help, as always I will be glad to. Certainly it will be interesting to follow this journey!

Thank you everyone for your comments!

Jacob - I also think you will have a lot to share and gain from connecting with so many of these people who want to do a very similar thing to what you have done. The story of your life inspires me! I look forward to hearing your responses to some of the videos that will be soon posted.

Gerald - thanks for the comment, you are someone in my life I have received so much wisdom and love from.

VeNicia - knowing you, I don't think you need too many reminders to live each day fully, you seem to do it so naturally.

Bernardette - what a nice surprise to get your message. The blessings and love you send are much appreciated!

Ali - your questions are great ones. Now I have captured the first responses of people from a refugee community answering questions of people from Europe and North America. I can't wait until I get to a connection strong enough where I can post them and let you decide for yourself what the effect of it is. My feeling is that among other things, it might do exactly what you said.

Everyone - I have now captured some great responses from people in a refugee community in Uganda, and will be capturing more this weekend here in Mozambique.

Some very moving and memorable experiences, and I look forward to posting them as soon as I get a good enough connection for you to enjoy - and to give you a chance to see and respond to some of the dreams/questions of these unique and wonderful people.

Hi Clint,

This is surely a great piece of work!!

To us this is a huge honey-pot of "constructive heresy" that we feel we definitely need to take some sips and more so, gulps from!! Put another way, our skills, talents and other resources at the disposal of LOG`EL Project are and will be, readily available, for the transformation of the poor through such innovative, humanized and
beneficiary-driven approaches in such a well crafted effort to reducing and maybe eradicating poverty.

Feel free to call on us whenever need arises. thank you so much and please, stay kicking and moving about.

Your great friends,

Job and Herbert

Clint,
You’re awesome! I was able to escape from the poverty that I grew up in because I knew that I was more than my environment. I believe that your project will inspire people with hope and direction, helping them to see beyond where they have been to the great potential that we all have inside of us. You are working a magic far greater than what I taught you. Keep up the good work.
